Hong Kong Youth Cultural and Arts Competitions 2009 - Chinese Classical Poetry Recitation Competition Prize Presentation Ceremony
The ‘Hong Kong Youth Cultural and Arts Competitions 2009 - Chinese Classical Poetry Recitation Competition Prize Presentation Ceremony’ was held on 5th September, 2009. It is a competition jointly organized by the Home Affairs Department and the Lions Club (Hong Kong), with the aim of igniting youth’s interest in reciting Chinese classical poetry and in appreciating Chinese classical literature, which helps to keep alive as well as hand down this cherished literary tradition. Leung Ka Ka from S4C (fourth from the left) is 2nd runner-up in the Cantonese Junior Secondary Section while Cheng Cheuk Hei from S4B and Yau Kwai Chuen from S4D have won the Merit Award in the Putonghua Junior Secondary Section.
