The Hong Kong Flower Show 2009, organized by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department, was held from 13 to 22 March at Victoria Park. Three members of the Flower Arrangement Club joined the Floral Art Competition to enhance their skills in flower arrangement. Lai Wing Yin of S4E won the champion in the section of “Birds Returning Homes” in the group of Floral Art by Children and she also got the Overall Champion Cup of the group.
